Welcome to the 3iii Talent Foundation, a pioneering non-profit organization dedicated to promoting talent on a global scale through our innovative talent competitions. Officially recognized as a 501(c)(3) entity in Illinois, USA, we stand as the driving force behind the International Indian Icon (3iii) competition, a unique platform designed to showcase the diverse talents of individuals worldwide.
Mission
Our mission is to elevate talent across the globe by providing opportunities for artists of all ages and categories—such as singing, dance, and more—to gain international recognition and success. We achieve this by conducting both online and onsite talent competitions, inviting qualified participants to the USA for episode production (semifinals, finale, and grand finale) and an awards ceremony.
Visionary Leadership
The 3iii Talent Foundation is spearheaded by Sharan Walia, the visionary concept designer of 3iii and founder of Gee Vision Inc. and Gee Vision India. Over the past seven years, Sharan Walia has dedicated immense effort and financial resources to develop and refine the 3iii platform, transforming it from a concept into a dynamic and influential stage for artists.
Our Team
Under the leadership of Sharan Walia, and supported by an accomplished Executive Board of Directors comprising Sharan Walia, Brij Sharma, Yogi Bharadwaj, and Hitesh Bhatt, the foundation is poised to reach new heights. Additionally, our Advisory Board, including Kainaz Pandit, Dileep Shrivastava, Swetalina Ahuja, and Ajit Bains, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to ensure our vision is realized with precision and passion.
